Why no pop report access?

Okay, With my Gold CC membership, along with other benefits I was supposed to receive: One-Year subscription to the On-Line "PCGS Population Report" & "PCGS Price Guide", but I haven't been able to access this feature. Every time I try I get a message that "You are currently not signed up for this service."

Am I doing something wrong? I assumed access to this feature was automatic once you paid for Gold membership.

I think Pop reports should be available to anyone - memebers and non-members alike. While these numbers are skewed, in general terms they are informative and gives PCGS credability. This in turn might make the general public more inclined to purchase PCGS slabbed coins if this info was readily available.

Are you using the right password? It is a different one than the one used to access the forums.

Are you a new member? If so, you might have to call them. They did the same thing to me, went 2 weeks and still couldn't get on, called them and they flipped the switch and I had instant access.

This has been a repeated problem, and enough noise has been made about it that the population report access error should have been fixed by now. Collectively, it's a massive waste of time and resources, for both PCGS and collectors, to have to repeatedly call for access.
