    The coins either fake or some oddball variety.

    There are alot of things that seem not right with that coin.
  • The "E" in "ONE" seems like it was bent down... uhh... how is this possible? Is it just fatigued from 146 years of standing upright!?

    The obverse doesn't "look right" to me... I would avoid this coin-- but I'm by no means a FE expert...

    May have taken a direct blow to the E or someone could have played with it for fun. Doesn't look mint made. Looks like another coin that will get cracked out and sold as a non-problem coin. image

    would have to take a heavy blow to move the metal intact like that. wonder if the surfaces are pourus????
    Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.
