Good day, also found something fishy over at ebay

Hi,
Today was a great day for me and my wife regarding coins. We went to a nice coin shop we recently found and I finished my Dansco Jefferson album (started in a Whitman folder as a kid in 60's) and my wife finished off her Dansco Mercury Dime collection with a 16-D AG-3 slabbed by NGC (even though the slab can't actually go in the album it completes her set, I'm thinking of getting her a reproduction for the actual album). Of course we both still have a little bit of upgrading to do...
But anyways, I decided to look up 16-D's in completed auctions over at e-bay to see how good of a deal she got (she did pretty good, judging by what similar slabbed AG-3 16-D's are going for). But I also noticed a lot of raw 16-D's with pricing all over the place. The coins looked kinda funny to me too. For example ebay looks kinda fishy to me. It kinda reminds me more of an S than a D. Not really sure though. What do you think?
