So when they miss the deadline for grading what do you expect?

If they miss the deadline to get me my grades....what next??

    depends on the service, in some cases you will get free submissions. Are you sure they missed a deadline? it is business days not days.....and if it was your first 10 or 6 free subs then u r SOL. In any event they were inundated by a special but have now caught up.......good luck

    If they miss the deadline then it should be free. period.

    You pay for a service level and you expect it to be honored. Simple.

    I had a deadline missed on the SuperExpress service just a month ago. PSA acknowledged they missed it WHEN I CALLED THEM questioning it. When they agreed, a voucher was issued that day for a free submission on the same service, valid for 6 months. No cash refund.
