Interesting VAM attribution slab (not grading)

krankykranky Posts: 8,709 ✭✭✭
This looks like a cool idea. They attribute the VAM number, and the slab label has a description plus a photo of the diagnostic. Date and VAM number also appear on the top edge of the slab. Link.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

  • I can see it know... if this every became popular, people would be coming up with there own VAMSlab since they are using CoinWorld holders........ or, get something really rare in there, then pop it out and put a common in there of the same date.......

I like the idea. I may have to send in all the 1921 Infrequently Reeded Morgans I have.

I can't see myself cracking out my nice coins in PCGS and NGC slabs to have them put in Coin World holders, VAM or no VAM. The grading services should attribute these.

I should add, I like the idea, and the picture of the key diagnositc...but you go first, OKimage
  • I really dig the idea, especially the label that can be read from the top image
