"At this time I am selling them in a Dutch Auction. Included will be both nickels the Philadelphia and Denver Mint coins. These coins are in fabulous condition. Some of which will grade MS 68, some will grade MS 69 and I am quite sure more than 100 will grade MS 70. These coins will not be touched by my hands unless they are in cotton gloves. That is how I will ship them to you."

I opened 2 rolls of these and I was not impressed.
Surely there will never be an MS70, probably never an MS69 and maybe a handful (1) of MS68's

Yeah, I searched a roll too... threw out everyone that had a major ding, and took out ones that I thought were interesting even if they had a ding... I think I pulled 5 out of the roll... 3 b/c they were struck-thru

You got a point Michael---He shouldn't be taken seriously.

As a lawyer isn't that description illegal or is it just an opinion.

Probably can't police such things anyhow.

Frattlaw....a great way to start a Saturday morning...been real sick for a few days...just coming around now... thinking of Saturday Night Live...spoof of 'Jeopardy' skit...Darrell Hammond in the Sean Connery role at the podium....ringing his buzzer...Connery saying..."Alexsh...I'll take The Rapishts for $100"...LOL...every bit as funny as the 'An Album Cover' category when he rings his buzzer and says..."Alexsh...I'll take 'Anal Bum Cover' for $100"....FUNNY STUFF...thanx!!!

I was going to comment on his handle. I think he intended it to be Therapist not The Rapist. However when I first read it I saw it could be read both ways....
