I bought a group of rolls from an older Gentleman, and this puppy was obviously an end of roll toner. The roll is from the Pittsburgh Branch Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Sorry my photos aren't better, but I have never seen one with quite this much color 
No image enhancement whatsoever, even looks better in hand. One of those coins that change color as you rotate it around. Off to the PCGS gods with you!
