I haven't dealt with him, and looking at the complaints in his feedback I personally would not bid on his items.

Here is an example of this guy's grading skills. ALL of the WLH's are VERY common dates and unless the coins are to grade MS-65, they should never be considered for slabbing. Yet the 4 coins are graded AU-58, AU-50, AU-50 and EF-45!

Here is another example of common date WLH's with grades of AU-58! This fool simply can't grade. These coins won't sell for a price that covers the grading fees.

His name is Robert Kjellberg. I rolled the dice on him once--fully aware of his feedback and to make matters even more nerve-racking, the transaction was outside of ebay (for an item he had won in a previous auction).

Well, I was pleasantly suprised--he shipped promptly and the item was very well packaged. It does take a day or two to get an email response from him, but that doesn't doesn't bother me much. I haven't bid directly on one of his auctions, the item i purchased was well described in the previous auction, so I can't comment on his representations.

Does SEGS really count as certified???
