Hello Everyone!
PSA has been very busy and it has been difficult for me to get on the boards lately but I just wanted to thank all of you for your continued support of PSA-you have made us stronger than ever!
The hobby continues to evolve as more and more people are realizing the benefits of grading and authentication. In fact, the specific growth of PSA/DNA has been awesome as our autograph team has become a truly dominant force in 3rd party autograph authentication. The Set Registry also continues to flourish. This is no fad. Set collecting has been around for ages and it has been very fun to watch you (the collectors who support us) really get behind it and make it a true community. If you are having a good time with Set Registry - then that's all the matters to us.
PSA will launch single signed ball grading this summer and tickets have been steadily coming in for grading. It's very exciting to be here right now.
Every year, we are going to be looking into new markets - markets that could use authentication and/or grading. Last year, it was tickets. This year, it will be the new autographed ball grading service. Next year, who knows? Your input matters to us. If you have a request for PSA - a new service for 2005 - let us know.
In conclusion, we appreciate your business and support- we couldn't have reached 7,000,000 cards without you.
I hope to see some of you out at the shows this summer, please stop by and say hello.
Take care,
Joe Orlando

So, with that in mind, how about really turning the flow valve on pertaining to 1970's - 1980's sets and offer more $5 (or even less) specials for us who collect and are interested in 1970's - 1980's 'vintage'. There is a ton of demand for lower submitting prices for relatively newer set builders. Come on Joe, you can do it !!!!! You will obviously see the results if you flick that switch !!!!

Thank you for taking the time to keep in touch on the board. We'd like to hear from you as often as your schedule permits!
Here's an idea that ran on a thread a while back... and I thought it was ingenious! How about a Registry that lets each collector register their entire collections. It would be a very individualized registry. The great idea behind it is that we can compare our collections as a whole, not just based on sets, teams and players. Also, it would be a true boon for insurance purposes (for me, not all my PSA slabbed cards are registered and may fall into a vague my-word-versus-the-insurance should the worst ever happen) as entire collections could be catalogued and linked to insurance companies for 100% immediate validation.
Whaddya think? Too complex to pull off? Or does this idea have wings?
I'd love your feedback (and the other folks who also hatched this idea) on this one!
Please let us know if there is any new developments or changes that may be taking place that may put a end to this type of unlawful behavior. It is really changing the way that alot of people think about the grading industry.
Thanks!

I've talked with some other members here about how nice it would be to split a couple of boards up by sport.
Vintage Trading especially.
Also, spell check would be nice for threads and PMs. Insted I;m alwyas makin a as oout of myshelve.
Thanks for catching up - I am still surprised at the amount of time a President of an industry leading company spends talking to supporters (and the others) around here.

Looks like GRAMMAR check would not be a bad
addition as well...
Grammar and spell check would be nice - in any case I'm glad this got bumped back up top. So Joe. . .
We know you are under no obligation to respond to this thread, but if you do have opportunity -
I think we'd like to know if you got anything out of these responses and of what you took away, how much is possible.
Thanks again, Jeremy
