What is the deal on the reverse of this proof Trade dollar? Color is nice but what about the eagle? What would you grade this coin? opinions please

1874 Proofs are common weakly struck on that leg. The Eliasberg coin had about the same weakness.

As far as the color goes..... well, it's not certified for some reason!

thanks TDN. I figured it was weakly struck but wanted you to confirm it. Have not seen it in person so I cannot comment on the colors.
