Regrading or Crossing Over??

I see that PCGS will crossover coins.

Will they regrade the coins from another holder if you specify it? Regardless of being higher or lower than the grade by other company says? Or would it be best to crack open the holder and send the raw coin?

Yes pcgs will cross a coin at any grade, you need to write the min grade on the submission form in the min grade spot.

Its debateable to crack a coin out or not.
If your very good at spotting problems-crack.
If your not then don't.

Will PCGS grade the coin if you specify them to grade it regardless?

That is unless, as I understand, that it is a problem coin?
