This should be a link to my 59 morrell set - pics FINALLY went up this morning!
Mark. check out the various backgrounds, notice the fans slowly taking their the seats, and are those the Baltimore Orioles warming up ??? (wha..tha..fa..) or is that the old st. louis brownies ?
edited to say: great set.........nothing like a satisfying PSA 5
edited again : on second look, I think it must be the Milwaukee Braves
Dave - thanks; I dream sometimes of getting this set in 7 or 8, but I don't think it's physically possible. And I agree, probably is the Braves; I think 10 of the 12 shots were taken on the same day in the same location from the same angle; Spahn or Burdette must be back there somewhere. I'm going to send in Gilliam for grading, but it seems to me that if I use my 1 free grade, isn't the cost of postage on the separate invoice going to make the submission twice as expensive than if I just included it with a batch of other cards?

MARK - If you send in your 1 voucher independently, the return shipping will kill you. I suggest you add it to your next batch of submissions, when you send in the same type of submissions. I had a voucer laying around for a 1960's card that was rejected, I added it to a 60 card submission of 1960's cards and marked it as such on the invoice. All 61 cards were returned graded, and there was no problem on either end...jay

i would think the T207 Red Cross Back would be considered Weaver's Holy Grail, considering there is only one in existence
