Grading crossovers?

Hi David,

When grading crossovers do the graders see the grade on the holder or is it covered up?

Hi Don,

We used to cover the grades up, but about a year ago we started showing the grades to the graders. We did this in an attempt to increase the crossover rate. Believe or not, the graders really do try to cross everything they can.
