This coin is in the original mint holder.

The face is white, but the reverse is golden toned overall.

Is this a toning or a lamination issue?

Speaking of toning... Is this quarter just.... extremely toned, or just nice and fudged up somehow... Either way, It looks cool.

I really don't know, but I've played around with chlorine and amonia salts and this kind of looks like it
