It is a raw coin.I believe it is at least PR68 DCAM.

To me it looks like (in the photo) that the cameo effect fades off to the left on the obverse, and is a little inconsistent on the reverse. Could be the lighting for the pic ?

Judging from the photos alone, I don't see a DCAM coin. Looks like 67/68 CAM.

I want all to know Ken and I purposely tilted the coin to photo it better.That is why the frost appears to fade at the bottom. BTW,This is one of 11 1970's Proof Lincolns that I'm submitting to PCGS soon.The submittal # is 3137310 just so you'all can follow it.

I compared the coin, in person, to my PCGS PR67Cam 71-S, and it has much more contrast than that one....Ken

Tough to tell from the pic, but I'd bet either 67DCAM or 68DCAM. If any of that white haze on the reverse is on the coin, I'd narrow it down to 67DCAM.
