What do you think of this Peace $?

I don't think it will make a 66 holder because of the hit just visible
on the cheek. Seems like a nice coin but overgraded. Opinions?

    Too much light refection to tell much of anything.

    With that picture blasting the light and the coin tilted there is no possible way to even guess close to the grade.

    I think I see what looks like cleaning or polishing lines below and between the L and the I of Liberty.

    I can't seeeee.....the glare...very hard to tell mate.
  • I think the light is hiding some hits... they do have a return policy....

    I see....

    * Hit under the eye at nose level
    * Ticks in front of the chin, one in the tierra
    * Scuffs on the chin.
    * Hit on the eagles neck

    I like the solid hair line. Ms67's usually exhibit a "separation" if you will from the hair that flows horizontally to the hair that flows down vertically. That "hair line" is usually over-pronounced and crisp... they way it looks like it in this photo... (I've owned a 23@7).... with the hits, it'll go 5 easy. Can't tell if it'll go 6 by the pics....

    Virtually impossible to see anything other than they have their phasers set too high.

    Looks polished to me. I would pass without a better pic.

  • Overgraded yes. Has original luster but my grading skills tell me it will grade a 64. Even though the pic is flashed I can make out the obvious.
