Sometimes ya just have to take a chance. A chance on Roosies that is!!!!

Recently I aquired a few Roosies on a heritagecoin auction hoping to score some FB's from coins that looked as if they would score the designation. I purchased a 1973-D, 1975-D, and 1994-P all in MS67, well thanks to a very good friend Keith LaBrozzi, (His computer shows a better scan of the coins, plus his valuable insight. He actually sent me the e-mail and told me to buy them.) 2 of these 3 coins are now MS67FB's! imageimageimage

The 1973-D did not get the FB.

Thanks farmboy, I owe you a big one!!!!!!!!!

  • Stooge...first off, LOVE your icon....Curly (NOT spelled CurlEy, with an E) is the MAN!!! WOOB WOOB WOOB!!! Secondly, on your Roosies......as hockey announcers would say....'Stooge shoots.....and he SCORES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice pick up and a HUGE assist to the 'farm boy'. You snagged these raw? You should play the lottery!!! Again, awesome deal for you...looks like you just bummed out #1 Nick Cascio, making the 2nd '74-D 67FB!

"looks like you just bummed out #1 Nick Cascio, making the 2nd '74-D 67FB!"

That was a 75D 67FB he made not a 74D. My pop 1 is still tops..Nice score Paul, I'll have
to start checking those Heritage auctions again.

I'll second Paul, I also bought a couple of silver MS67's out of that same sale (most probably) and both "should" get FB designation at PCGS....both are still there and should be done inside a week or so......both very low pop coins. All's it takes is some digging and a good monitor and some experience reading those pictures to find sme really nice coins! YeeHaw.
