I'd start buying another brand of pug if I were you. Or, call the PR division of the corporate office and see if they'll send you a few new sets for your trouble. Telling them you're writing an article for trade magazines, and local papers on this topic might help them to decide to do more for you! LOL!

the whole plug came out and was hanging from the wire...long short they towed it and I just got word its done..they
had to retap the head to the tune of 250.00
