Are the 3 legged Buff and AH kennedy considered varieties?

I am filling out a NGC submission form for the first time.I pretty sure the AH is classified as a variety, but what about the Buffalo 1937-D 3 leg, or is NGC referring to variety such as O-115.

Yes, the Accented Hair is a variety - but if you're thinking "Variety Plus" as in extra $5, it isn't one that requires the extra payment. Just note it on the submission form. The Buff, I don't know.

The Buffalo isn't a variety.It is a mint error.

After posting the thread I realized the census showed the varieties.Found it there.

No variety for the AH Kennedy and Placid is correct FS-020.2 on the Buff.

Is see ngc also lists the 1936 D 3-1/2 LEGS Variety FS-019.
I never heard of that one before.
