    The strike on the obverse is much, much better than most I have seen.

    Too white? I guess you aren't going to be happy when I crack it out for a quick dip.

    1921 is luster challenged so I was thrilled to find one with a good cartwheel.

    That's one of the earlier strike coins. Fresh from the dies...that's why the obverse strike is so strong compared to the usual mushy strike these are known for.

    If you looked between the S and O on the reverse you'll see a bunch of die polish lines. It's one of the characteristics and diagnostics of the proof 1921 Peace $. Proofs are defined by how early they were coined and the proofs were struck twice with more pressure and may have resulted in a doubling of the wing feathers.
