there was another thread about this. i believe its instructions on how to spot and avoid trimmed cards. i figured it would be a dutch auction or something, but apparently people don't read through auction descriptions.
I don't know if the seller actually has directions or not (I guess he could just jot down some notes on a piece of paper). I think the real purpose of the listing more of a public service announcement to try and educate novice collectors from "throwing away" money on worthless PRO graded cards. In my opinion, it's a great idea and a very powerful statement.
