Help needed for another strange Gretzky card

I see that a couple posts ago someone posted about a Gretzky they were wondering about. I actually found one today of my own that I have a question about. It is an upper deck that has rounded corners and is a commerative 802 card, and it is numbered to 3500. I believe it is from the 94-95 set, because it has the stats from the 93-94 season, but I am unsure what it is. It doesn't have a number either just 802 on the back. Thanks in advance.

is it larger than standard cards, like 3.5 by 5 or so? if so, its a UDA special issue, books at $25 or so

No it is the same size as the regular cards. Here is a scan from one off of Ebay, this isn't mine, but it is the same card.

looked through an old issue of Tuff Stuff (sept. 1998), and found a price- '94 Gretzky, W (3,500).....$300.00
