The criteria for a 1955-D Washington Quarter....

Is the criteria for 55-D Washies to attain the PCGS 66 grade different from all the rest of the series?
Anybody know for sure? I've seen the kind that look like they had a bad rinse at the Mint....
(too "chromy") and then the kind that look "normal"... deserving of the 66 designation,
however the emphasis on this particular date and mint mark seems to be Mint set toning.
Any input, opinions or expertise? Thanks

nice and now a 66 because it has toning on it! I don't get it. I haven't worked up
the nerve to send in a roll yet!
