Free Submissions: All at once?

I joined at the platinum level and so get 8 free submissions. My welcome kit (very nice, thanks) says I have to send all my free submissions on the same invoice. Is that right, 8 at once? I don't have 8 coins I want to send right now.

You should have received two submission forms for 4 coins each.
You do not need to submit all 8 coins at once but you do need to submit four at each time.
