What in the world is a Phantom D?...I've got a whole tube full. They attempter to grind away the "d" mintmark so they coukd be used for Philadelphia minted coins. They just failed to remove all of the mint mark, thats all....Ken

Perhaps ACG uses their own method of determining designations that has no relationship whatsoever with the ANA's general baseline of determining designations...
