GB Crown 1819/8?

I picked this up a few weeks ago as an 1819 LIX. Finally got around to cataloging it when I noticed something going on with the date. Krause states that an overdate exists. What do you think? overdate? grade? value?

Looks like an overdate with a grade of F.
