your dealer keeps getting more and more slabs. Since the past few months my dealer has turned into a slabaholic. There are so many slabs (not many pcgs, those are ok) that I can't see any of the raw coins that are buried under them. I can understand dealers using the slabs idea to gain profit but by gosh at least put them in a "slabs only" case.

On the contrary my local dealer(s) almost never have enough PCGS slabbed Morgans to pick from.

Actually, I only get frustrated with my local coin shop guy because he sends his coins to PCI. He says it's a cost thing with him. Although lately he has been getting more NGC coins. Thing is, he prices everything to the slab label. But he doesn't like toned coins and prices them roughly the same as white. So I've snapped up beautifully toned coins in PCGS holders from him for a little over blast white prices.
