Darn you Ike people - for getting me hooked!

After reading many of the Ike (dollar) related threads on these boards over the past months
I decided to pick up a Dansco album and just fill it up with some old dollars I have had laying around
since they were released. I began looking closer and closer at them and quickly became disatisfied
with AU coins in the album. So now when ever I get the opportunity to check out the Ikes at a coin store
or show, I am continuously looking for upgrade coins for the album.
I must have upgraded my 72 and 74 dollars now about 4 or 5 times and all the others at least twice.
Those coins sure seemed to suffer from crappy stike issues.
So, darn you guys for getting me hooked on another series that I'll never be fully happy with
cuz there has to be a nicer one out there somewhere!!!

Ya' just gotta believe.
For such a short series, this "Last of the BIG Dollars" sure has a lot of twists and turns.
PKOK's, DDO & DDR's, (3) different 1972-P Clad Varieties, (2) different 76 Varieties, Mint-Issued 40% Silver strikes,
Business strikes on 40%Silver planchets,..........then there are always errors!
There seems to be something for every one in this series.
Ikes are a very rewarding series that can be finished with a small budget......OR.....you can continue on. Just breaking
into the "Top 20" in the PCGS Registry is no small feat these days!
I started with Wexler's book on Ikes about 4 years ago.......and became an Ike fan!
