Question about Heritage

I was wondering if anyone new which Clubhouse Collection Relics cards were in which group (A,B,C,D) for the 2004 Topps Heritage set.
Any help would be appreciated.

A is Berra,Mays,Musial,Kaline,Snider
B is Rolen

the rest are either C or D
