quarterly freebie - How about this 20c 1876CC

I had a post about this 1876cc 20c regarding its doubling on the reverse. But do you think that PCGS will slab it? I was thinking of sending it as the quarterly freebie.

D'oh!! That's right, its only obsolete odd denoms. Ah well.

Anyway, I thought that it might have been cleaned, perhaps not.

Today,

I found an 1875-cc .20 center that I am going to submit for my freebie. Its nice to get the greysheets ahead of most folks. Caught this one at a good price, becuase the dealer still had old sheets.
