i have checked the bank and they only have 2001 and 2004 in rolls right now .

Just did a search on ebay for rolls cents and came up with both 2003 P & D ending in a couple hours. 2003D 1 roll at a $1.29 and three rolls of 2003P at around five bucks. Both state bank wrapped

Not all banks carry new coinage or previous year coinage in solid rolls.
