Old PCGS Holder Upgrade Candidate?

Hey guys, do you think this Morgan in old holder would be a good upgrade candidate?

It does look awefully clean. Unless the glare is hiding something, I do see that coin in a higher holder.

While the face is clean the fields seem to have quite a bit of chatter.

I would say your chances of an upgrade are perhaps 1 in4.

I am watching this coin on eBay as well

IMO this would not grade DMPL again, but she is definitely a keeper.

If most of the flaws I see are on the coin (not the slab), I don't think you have much chance of upgrade.

Yes it is an eBay auction. Usually not my style to promote coins I am bidding on.

I have a guy who needs an upper end MS64 PL/DMPL morgan dollar to use in his inspirational speeches. I don't know what he meant by "inspirational speeches" but I figured I'd help the guy out. Personally I don't know what one would do with a coin regarding inspiration.

Might be a good topic for this forum.

About the coin being DMPL I think it is a full PL but just short of DMPL. The face is clean with not too much clutter with the exception of minor soft but long marks. There seems to be some problems with the fields as I see several indications that this coin has the usual un-beautiful bag marks. I hope this guy doesn't know photoshop.
