Early in the movie, Jim Bowie is sitting in a cantina. When he gets up, he tosses a silver dollar size coin on the table.
Should have been a Mexican 8 reales, cap and rays. Instead, the coin has the image of Santa Anna and his name on it.
No such coins made, or could this be the long lost Unique Santa Anna dollar?

But I certainly don't know of any Santa Ana peso, even with all the local and revolutionary issues Mexico
struck in the early 1800's. Still, there were so many, I could be wrong.
