any1 unable to log into paypal?

I had trouble logging into eBay within the last hour, kept getting a "your browser is not accepting cookies" error.........so I restarted & things seem ok now.

i restarted and had no luck. i was hoping to get some payments out before leaving for the weekend, but paypal's not having it. ebay gave me some trouble earlier, but is fine now. maybe they're doing unannounced maintenance or just overloaded?

As a side note to you guys:
My traffic has been running slow lately and occasional outage - got a new modem from Roadrunner and everything is Way better. So if your modem is old - it could be runnin on empty?

you may have an encryption issue with windows explorer , i did.
i downloaded Mozilla's browser and can log into everything with that.
could be a good short-term solution for you.

ty stone/murcer...my laptop's about 3 years old and i'm on dialup (yes, i'm a dinosaur) so that may be an issue...along w/internet explorer. however, i was trying to log on from work today which has newer machines and a fast T1 connection. paypal fixed whatever quirk it was and i was able to pay my sellers (thankfully) before heading out of town
