Which are prettier: DMPL Morgans or nicely toned Morgans?

I own both, and I'm leaning toward the nicely toned one as my favorite. I just find it more interesting than the white DMPL one.
What's your opinion?

The reflectivity thing is a really interesting part of Morgans. You can actually read a newspaper in the field at maybe 8-10 inches or more on some. There were the fresh ones right out of the presses.

Thanks, but I'm a "sheet Person" I only pay bluesheet prices for the coins I own.

I guess I prefer DMPL to nicely toned.
Check out a Vanguard Roth IRA.
Rainbow Stars
even PLs are nice
however they seem to magnify a coin's blemishes whereas toned coins hide blemishes.

here is a starter dmpl with a slice of color
Toning is the clear winner when you think about the variables going into toned coins vs. dmpl coins.
Great toning is rarer than DMPL also. I would choose to have the most beautifully toned coin in the world than the one with the deepest mirrors.

What proof do you have for this statement?
There are no pop reports for toned coins.
The pops of some dates in DMPL can be counted on your fingers.

That's a good way of looking at it.

<< <i>Well, all I'll say is that the piece looks a lot better in person than it does in that dual scan, where it's appearance isn't too shabby there either. >>
I believe a while back this piece went from Mike DeFalko, to Anaconda, and now to you Gemtone65. Congratulations!!!
I like them both but DMPL's really blow me away. I cannot get enough of them!! Like these-

And of course, I must agree with everyone who says that DMPL's with wild rainbow color are the best of both worlds !!

You could've owned that monster toned PCGS MS66 DMPL 1881-S dollar last year. In fact, you came to my table at Long Beach and looked at it twice before passing. If memory serves me correct I believe you thought my asking price was a bit high. Shortly thereafter Adrian bought the coin from me and I think he sold it (although I could be wrong). In any event, I'm sure it will cost you a lot more today than the price I quoted you a year ago. Just for the record, it is one mother of a coin and you have great taste.
