Check your invoices. I had two auctions where the final value fee was charged twice and one of those two auctions had all listing fees charged twice (pic fee, insertion fee, BIN fee, 10 day fee). Total over charge is close to 50 bucks.

Just checked, I see a different problem on mine. When I open the accounts page, the box that shows current total due doesn't include a payment I made in March. I found this out by looking at the invoice. The invoice shows the payment that was made and the current total due.

Did you list an item in two categories? eBay doubles some listing fees if you do, but they shouldn't do that for the final value fee.

Nope, I have never listed in two catagories. All charges were doubled. On different days.

I thought you might have had something there. I did remember listing an auction in two catagories. I just checked invoice and the listings in two catagories are listed once on the invoice and charges doubled. The overcharges I am talking about have two entry lines with the exact same item#. Listed at the exact same second and added to invoice total twice. Still haven't heard back from ebay. You guys should take a close look.

Can you give dates this happened? Maybe it was a problem that day. Also, are the duplicate charges listed back to back or separated by other charges?

I received an email from them about the mistake in my invoice before I detected it. I think they are on top of the problem now, but I would certainly double check!!

the doubled final value fees are back to back and the doubled listing fees have each listing fee charged (listing fee, 10 day fee, pic fee) then charged again in the same order. Charged to invoice at the very same second, no mistake about it. I have only sold a few items on ebay, my invoice is very easy to figure out. I will check invoice now for dates.

2/17/2004 16:34:46 listing fee of 35c listed on invoice twice (on this one only the listing fee was add twice not pic fee etc.)

2/22/2004 11:46:47 a final value fee of $28.65 is added to invoice twice back to back, nothing inbetween, identical entries.

2/23/2004 16:10:59 listing fees of $4.15 added twice, each fee added to invoice then repeated identical entries.

2/28/2004 14:23:44 final value fee of $11.49 is added to invoice twice back to back, nothing inbetween, identical entries.

For the first time I believe in 6 years, ebay wrote to me the other day telling me that my monthly invoice was wrong and they were working on correcting it. They did that on their own by the way.
