PSA guarantee policy

I just joined PSA's Gold Club & I sent in my 6 cards to be graded. They received them 3/22 & then sent them out 3/31. This is past their 7 day guarantee on their club offer. My question's are:
Is this considered past due?
Would they give me a refund?
Who would I contact about this?
I've been a lurker for awhile on the board, but have enjoyed many post's on here.

Their service guarantee constitutes Business Days, not calendar days. So if you take out the weekend, they did it within their guaranteed time frame...jay
