What's the best way to buy Kennedys? Are these a good way?

Mint sets ?
I bought a few that came from Mint Bags but they have the "bagged" look (damage).

Any help is appreciated.

Rolls and bags tend to be more baggie, but mint set coins tend to be more dull. It's kind of a catch-22.
