Does NGC have pop reports as well?

I just bought my first NGC coins. And was wondering if NGC has pop reports like PCGS does. I am guessing so. Also, if someone can, could you either post or PM me the pop report for a 1979 NGC MS67RD cent? I am just curious as to how many are graded in that grade, and how many higher. Also, would like the same info from the PCGS pop report if someone has time. Thanks big time!!!

Yep, as PCGS should be doing. David Hall said he would look into it, but that's been a year ago. I think it should be made public.

Public pop reports? Wow, what a novel idea. So even a collector who doesn't submit coins can look at the pop report and see relative rarity? Gee that might even boost prices of some of the coins graded by that company!
