    OK, I said it was a crappy scan. The coin in person is phenominal. The nicest SA proof 1d out of the 8 SA proof sets I own. Now where is that digital camera . . .

    Yep, go there all the time. image It was the first USS anything I had ever seen. I was about 6 yrs old. Now my daughter loves it too. Hope she doesn't want to join the Navy like me!!

    The first "USS anything" I ever saw was the USS Alabama in Mobile harbor. It's still there with a much larger collection of old aircraft as well.
