    i chose this set cause PSA 9's sell for much less than Parkies, its a small set at 60 coins, and they look cool

    goodriddance...i couldn't agree more...these are absolutely beautiful coins...there are so many sets I am interested in pursuing, but in narrowing down priorities, can only do a couple at a time. I am still considering pursuing these coins in average condition myself.

    you could probably piece the set together for a few hundred bucks in mid grade. i have a complete set in cardboard coin holders, and they look nice when displayed.

    as for the graded coins, i just got my Plante (pictured) in the mail today. absolutely stunning.

    As a non-hockey collector, I must agree. Those are sharp looking coins. What's on the back? Stats? Advertisements? Baseball has some cool coins from the past that I've looked at getting into as well.
