wht are all these raw coins and certified coins(i think thats what they are) you guys are talking about, im confused.

A certified coin is one that has been encapsulated and graded by a third party grading service. A raw coin is one that has not.

Raw coins are the kind that ya find in white 2X2's

There are also different styles of 2X2's also but the above are common.
Certified coins are in plastic holders called slabs
PCGS
NGC
ANACS
There are more grading services out there that slab coins also.
