Tom, I saw the match Live on ESPN. Very painful. Arsenal is becoming the Boston Red Sox of the Premier League.

edited to add: I'm quite pleased with the Monaco score.

Arsenal is still going to win the only title that matters in England, and there is nothing Tom (or Chelsea) can do about it!

It's not over yet, though you are probably right.

The fact is, the European Championship (formerly the European Cup) is just as important to the Brit clubs. They always talk about "qualifying for Europe" over there.

Arsenal wanted to 'conquer Europe'. Unfortunately they didn't say anything about Chelsea.

Chelsea will have their hands full going forward. I don't think Arsenal would have conquered Europe even if they had won.
