Anyone have any thoughts on these monster toned coins?

Can toning really bring these types of prices?

Do the grades really matter for these coins?

By the way, I'm not trying to bag on anyone, Doug really does have a great eye and these are some beautiful coins.

    Yeah but I've changed. If the dealers say I should just buy eye-appeal, and don't pay attention to grade and price.... then I know they're looking after my best interest. And more-so when it says "Investment grade."

    I've learned a lot from these folks and since I'm just a collector I figure I better take their advice.
