I need your help...copy, re-write...whatever...send this to eBay SafeHarbor...under complaints...the first line is what format I listed the problem with eBay with...they ask you what your complaint is about...
Report problems with other eBay members > Problems with sellers > The problem you're
having with your seller isn't listed

Message: There are really two problems with this individual...and others like him...they
are using the system...legally...however fraudulently...partly because eBay allows them to
work behind the secrecy of "private auction"...first 99.7% of this ebay'ers merchandise is
"trimmed"...meaning it has been altered...using the guise of a "graded" card they sell high-
end cards to the unsuspecting few...the buyer thinks because it is a graded card it has
value...however once the card has been determined to be trimmed (cut - altered) it is
worthless...it's like buying a copy of a fake...the card is utterly worthless...PRO grading
doesn't inspect these cards for "trim"...(I almost sure they know exactly what is going
on...however it would be hard to prove)...nevertheless PRO only grades high-end
card...I've never seen a "common" card in a PRO holder (strange)...
Here are some links to card collecting experts that agree with my statements...

All having to do with the subject of PRO trimmed cards...What I can't figure out is with
all of the various complaints and fraud charges that have been made to eBay...generally
about PRO cards why you do not universally disqualify the sale of these cards...or at least
require the placement of a warning to unsuspecting bidders that this card "might" be
trimmed...or "IS" trimmed...
The other complaint I have and tons of other eBay baseball card bidders have is the
"private auction" that you allow these crooks to operate under...WHY?...why are you
protecting them...why are you defeating the whole purpose eBay's feedback policy...they
are using the system...they are shilling...because that's what they did before you allowed
the "private auction"...they are cheating the uneducated buyer...and the system is
helping...I'm hoping that you will investigate this and rethink your policies...I'm
committed to stopping this...because I see these people as destroying our "baseball card
history"...as they trim marginal cards and deplete the resources that we have...and once
destroyed they are gone forever...
I intent to take my case to whomever will listen to me...be they one collector at a time or
the media or the authorities...I believe, and there are many others like me that believe
eBay is culpable because they are closing a blind-eye to these auctions...
Check-out this fellows auctions...almost all if not all of these cards have been
"doctored"...it must stop! We need your help!
