Hi David,
I have a 1904 proof red indian cent, graded pr64 in a pcgs holder. Will a copper spot on the obverse keep it out of a high grading category? It is a stunning coin otherwise with regard to marks and hairlines. Your thoughts?

Spots are definitely a negative and often a reason for a 64 grade versus a 65 grade.
