did ebay change its layout feature?

im searching on ebay, and instead of the regular layout it has some new design. most notably the search newest/oldest/highest price is now a drop down menu.

please tell me they arent sticking with this? its annoying

yep they did, I know it is annoying however we will acclimate, lol or we won't be bidding!

Not only that, but does it seem like there are not a lot of listings tonight? Or, am I doing something wrong now...

I don't care for the drop down menu either, the tabs were much better. They are also going to do away with some categories , there is an eBay "chat" later this week or next week about it. No idea if it's going to affect categories in sports cards & memorabilia.

Does anyone know why the change was made? I hate having to click a few extra times when doing mad searches in the last few seconds of an auction...
