2004 Topps President autographs

I remember when the Richard Nixon and Thomas Jefferson cards were pulled. They were getting upwards of six figures.

Here is a Franklin Pierce card on ebay:

Pierce auto 1/1

It is selling for substantially less.

I imagine that Pierce may not be as historically significant as George Washington or Abraham Lincoln or as popular as JFK or Nixon, but the current bidding looks pretty low.

These American Treasure autograph cards were certainly impossible to pull from the Topps baseball packs. Does anyone think that they will retain their values?

No such details will spoil my plans...
  • The Pierce would've sold for a lot more if it would've been posted right after Topps Series 1 was released. The hype's all done with and nobody really cares anymore.
Baseball Card Heaven, the closest card shop to the Las Vegas Strip.

Our current ebay auctions, and of course BaseBallCardHeaven.com

Nixon (booted out of office!), Thomas Jefferson - one of the founding fathers of this country - and then there's ahhhhhhhhhh...........the ah 14th? 14th prez - I'm embarassed to admit that I don't know squat about him and I'm probably not alone and THAT drives the bus on popularity IMO. Let a Lincoln signature come up tomorrow and then......?
