Would a nice example be worth $230?

My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
I was looking and not finding any close to that amount.....Since it is a "tied for" top pop from the looks of it...it and 160+ others....I wasn't sure of the value.
It is being offered to me by someone who does deal in extremely nice examples of coins, particularly lincolns, but he said his purchase price of it was right about there as well.....I don't see him paying a premium for a piece of crap.
I have seen pics, it does look good. It would also have a return privilege.
But, if it is that far out of whack, and here I am looking to buy a new house (used actually, but 2x what the price is of what I live in right now), I may have to start "pinching pennies"
