A friend of mine wants to buy some of my extra SQ proof sets, but he is located in Moscow. What is the best way for a guy in Moscow to pay a guy in the USA?

I send money to family in Romania by Western Union but the fee I believe is like 10%. Can you do it through Paypal?

I was in Moscow back in the Fall/Winter of 2001. I didn't have any money wired to me, but my collegues used Western Union. American Express has agents over there as well, and thats where I cashed some traveller's cheques. Believe it or not, but my ATM card worked all over the place for taking roubles out of my bank account located in CT! Ahh the wonders of modern technology.
